St John's to hold kindergarten transition program
St John the Baptist Catholic Primary School will hold its Kindergarten 2025 Transition to School Program over the next month.
Sessions will be held from 9:30am to 11am on Tuesdays over four weeks from October 22.
A parent and child welcome session will be held on October 22.
From October 29, the children will join the Kinder classrooms.
Parents will have a session on social and emotional well-being on October 29, on literacy on November 5 and on maths on November 11.
Children are asked to bring a backpack with a water bottle, snack and hat.
Attendance at all sessions is required.
Parents are asked to make alternate care arrangements for younger siblings.
A final information session will be held for parents from 7pm to 8pm on Thursday, November 28, with at least one parent required to attend.
