Foursomes Championships played at Everglades
The Men's Foursomes Championships were played on Saturday, September 28, at Everglades Country Club.
The course was described as "in immaculate condition", repaired after rain damage late in the week.
The 2024 Club Champions were Shay Bennett and Shayden Binder, also winners of the past two individual Club Championships.
They had a five-shot victory over Mark Nomchong and Brett Walters, with John Bowron and Dave Cracknell in third.
The nett went to Mark and Brett, with the runners up prize going to David Grimish and Damien Parker.
B Grade Champions were John Golby and Paul Haime, just pipping Michael Jordan and Julian Park by a shot, with Matt Anthony and Mal Pendrick third.
Michael and Julian won the nett with and the runners-up prize going to Dennis Stillaway and Gary Lind.
C Grade Championship went to Bob Fraser and Aron Tomkins, ahead of Rob Wilkinson and Grant Ives, and Stuart and Mark Simpson in third.
Bob and Aron topped the nett, with the prize going to Ian Armstrong and Russell Clews with Stuart and Mark Simpson the runners-up.
Prizes were presented by Dick Paull and Stewart Wilson .
