Terrigal to play Avoca Beach in rugby union grand final
Terrigal will play Avoca Beach in the Central Coast Rugby Union grand finals in both Premier 1 and Premier 2 divisions, following the preliminary finals played at Woy Woy on Saturday, August 17.
In President's Cup, the grand final will be between The Lakes and Terrigal, and the Women's 12s grand final will be between Avoca Beach and Lake Macquarie.
The grand final games will be played at the stadium in Gosford.
In Saturday's preliminary finals at Woy Woy, Avoca Beach defeated Warnervale in both Premier 1 and Premier 2 divisions.
In Premier 1, Avoca Beach won 18-17, while Avoca's win in Premier 2 was 36-31.
In President's Cup, Terrigal defeated Kariong 27-12 and Lake Macquarie defeated Terrigal 43-24 in Women's 12s.
