Art show tickets go on sale, as artist entries continue
The Bays Community Group will hold its annual art show at the Bays Community Hall from Friday to Sunday, July 5 to 7.
Tickets have gone one sale, and artists' entries are still being accepted.
"We welcome artists of all styles and mediums to join us in making this event a true celebration of creativity," said newsletter editor Ms Marie Davies.
The group was expecting "an eclectic array of artworks by talented local artists".
The art show will open at 7:30pm on Friday, July 5, with a "vibrant social atmosphere", where residents will "mingle with neighbours old and new, and perhaps find that perfect piece to adorn your home".
Proceeds from the event contribute to the upkeep of the community hall.
"Plus every artwork sold directly supports our local artists, ensuring their continued growth and contribution to our community."
The art show will open from 10am to 4pm on the Saturday and Sunday.
Entry will be by gold coin donation.
Homemade sweet and savoury snacks and a variety of hot and cold drinks will available for purchase, with contactless payment options available.
