Nominees recognised

Three nominees from Pretty Beach Public School have been recognised for their hard work and commitment.

School principal Ms Deborah Callender said the school had the opportunity to nominate three outstanding members of the school community at this year's Central Coast Public Education Awards of Appreciation.

"Sandra Staines, Deanne Simpson and Chris McInerney each received a Central Coast Public Education Award of Appreciation at Lake Munmorah High School recently," Ms Callender said.

"Sandra was nominated for her outstanding work as a valued scripture teacher and her much appreciated volunteer work at the school.

"Ms Simpson was nominated as a dynamic educator, while Mr McInerney received his award for his enthusiastic dedication to education for over 20 years."
