Telstra closes Woy Woy store
Telstra closed its Woy Woy store on November 22 due to lack of business or "low customer visitation" as Telstra has put it.
"The closure was communicated in-store by the retail consultants and with posters on the shopfront for four weeks prior," Telstra told Peninsula News.
Telstra said it could service its customers from the Erina Fair store, which it said was 8.5km and 25 minutes from the Woy Woy store.
Customers who used the Woy Woy store could contact Telstra 24/7 online, where they could make appointments for the Erina store, or by phone on 13 22 00 during the day.
Self-service was available on a mobile phone app.
