Unexpected service
My day was going well until I opened the car door and my phone slipped off my lap down a drain.
I rang customer service at the Central Coast Council (thinking this would not go well).
But the person who answered was unfazed.
My phone was delivered to my home by someone on his way home after work that afternoon.
Thank you so much to Barry and everyone else involved.
It reminds me why I chose to live on the Coast.
