Holiday home sells for $4M
A Pearl Beach property has sold for almost $4 million at auction recently.
The five-bedroom property located in Green Point Rd sold for $3.8 million as a holiday home to a family from Sydney's North Shore.
According to Central Coast Business Review magazine, the property sold one week after auction $400,000 above the reserve price.
Stuart Gan from PRD Nationwide in Ettalong Beach was the selling agent.
The Pearl Beach property faces north on three levels and is on a 860 square metre absolute beachfront block that enjoys extensive views of the entire beach.
Features include a self-contained studio flat and ducted air-conditioning.
Meanwhile, McGrath Terrigal real estate agents sold a Booker Bay waterfront property for $1.5 million.
The Booker Bay Rd property was sold to a Sydney family and will be used as a holiday home.
The three-bedroom home with three bathrooms is set on a 999 square metre waterfront block and features private jetty with mooring facilities, winch and slipway.
The property was on the market for 90 days.
