More than 120 DAs remain 'under assessment'
More than 120 development applications and other planning applications for the Peninsula remain "under assessment", according to Central Coast Council.
These include 11 applications for multi-dwelling developments, eight dual occupancy applications and two for flats.
They include two applications for Section 8.2 reviews of refusals of shop-top housing proposals and another for a multi-dwelling development.
There are more than 30 applications for alterations and additions, around 16 applications for dwellings and about six for secondary dwellings and another six for swimming pools.
Some of the applications were lodged more than a year ago.
The list of applications under assessment can be found on the Peninsula News planning portal at http://peninsula.news/portal.aspx, which uses data from the council's planning portal.
The Peninsula News portal is limited to Peninsula proposals and can be filtered by application status, including "under assessment", using a drop down list.
