Not telling about toilets?

Who is responsible for two toilet buildings which took several weeks to install in the car park across the road from the damaged library toilets in Umina?

I ask because there is absolutely no wheelchair provision for the growing number of disabled people living in and visiting our community!

I have not asked council because for almost eight years they have refused to provide me with the same service they provide other ratepayers.
