Annual tournament at Everglades

The Everglades Women's Bowls Club held their annual tournament on August 8 and 9 with teams coming from Marylands, Ashfield, The Entrance, Terrigal, Avoca, and Woy Woy.

First place was won by the Avoca team of Denyse Stephens, Coral Allemby, and Pat Kearston.

Second place was won by the team from Marylands: Say Lee Jones, Jenny Clark, and Cheryl Gillard.

Third place was the Avoca team of Karen Croker, Margaret Smith and Judy King.

Fouth place went to the Everglades team consisting of Bev Mc Farlane, Wendy Ide and Carol Edwards.
