Planning panel given report about court appeal
The Local Planning Panel was presented last week with a "confidential report" about a Land and Environment Court appeal against its refusal of a development application in Umina.
The application was for "demolition and construction of commercial premises and shop
top housing at 1-3 Alfred St and 315 West St.
A hearing for Chemico Holdings Pty Ltd v Central Coast Council is listed for May 22.
Presiding officer is Justice S Pritchard.
