An informal luncheon was held in the clubhouse on Friday, December 9, as a first step towards attracting members, to take a stronger interest in the club.

"The invitation was extended to all old members, ex-members, current members and the parents of nippers," Mr Huntington said.

He said the lunch was intended to be a "think tank" to look at ways to revitalise the club.
